Local Professional Advice

How do your fees work?

We believe professional property management should be both accessible and cost-effective. As a local company, we keep our overheads low — and pass those savings directly on to our clients. Our fees are always tailored to reflect the specific needs of each building, the size of the development, the level of management required, and the available service charge budget. Whether you need full block management or just maintenance support, we work within your financial constraints to deliver the best possible value without compromising on service or compliance.

Do you offer emergency support?

Yes — we provide a 24/7 emergency call-out service, 365 days a year. Whether it’s a major leak, urgent repairs, or a health and safety issue, we have processes and contractors in place to respond quickly and minimise disruption to residents.

What does a block managing agent actually do?

A block managing agent takes care of the day-to-day running of a building or development on behalf of leaseholders, RMCs, or RTM companies. This includes organising maintenance, managing contractors, collecting service charges, preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with health & safety laws, and much more. Our goal is to make sure the building is safe, well-maintained, and financially stable — so leaseholders don’t have to worry about the details.

What areas do you cover?

We only manage properties in Liverpool and the North West, including Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire, Sefton, Knowsley, Halton, and St Helens. This local focus means we’re never far from the buildings we manage, allowing for fast response times, regular site visits, and strong relationships with trusted local contractors.

Can we switch from our current managing agent to you?

Yes — and it’s often more straightforward than people think. Whether you’re an RTM, RMC, or group of leaseholders unhappy with your current service, we’ll guide you through the process of switching agents smoothly. We offer a free consultation to review your current setup and help you understand the steps involved in making the change.

Do you manage listed buildings or heritage properties?

Yes — we have extensive experience managing Grade I and II listed buildings, especially in conservation areas such as Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter and within Chester Walls. We understand the legal responsibilities, specialist contractors, and sensitive maintenance approaches required to preserve historic properties while ensuring full compliance with current standards.
